Once the design is paid for you own all of the content and can have an export at any time. If you paid us to make it, you should get to keep it.

We offer both one-off design products and subscription based products on 12 month terms.

We want to take the hassle out of web design and work with you on your terms.

We use commonly available platforms and provide the license key to keep your site running and up to date. We manage the hosting, security, updates and ongoing development. Most people aren’t 100% sure of all the features or information they will want on their website at the time of the build. This puts a lot of pressure on the client for approving final delivery of the website. “What if I decide I want changes down the road?” Knowing that you can make changes, add pages and functionality whenever necessary helps ease your mind and speed up the review and approval process getting your website live faster.
Often over the course of the year and as website performance increases and your web presence grows, you may want to add features and content to your website to help cut down on recurring questions, address pre-purchase anxiety and use the website as a tool to lessen the burden on your staff answering questions that can easily be addressed at your first point of contact: Your new website.
We take the cost of building the website, stretch it out over 12 easy payments and bundle it in with other necessary services.
We find some customers will enjoy the frequent updates that they will continue their subscription even after the website is paid off. If you are happy with the site and don’t anticipate a need for design changes or ongoing development you can downgrade to a basic maintenance, security, and updates package.

If you have chosen a one-off website design project or downgraded to our maintenance, hosting, and security plan you would pay a discounted hourly rate to make the changes or you would need to get a bid for the changes. All of our maintenance clients gets discounts on any additions to the project.

If you chose our website subscription plan we would handle your change requests in the order they came in until the work is completed. Many tasks are finished within 24-48 hours. You may only have a certain number of change requests open at a time. Large change requests may need to be broken down into several smaller tasks according to agreement details.

We use popular page-builders such as Divi, Elementor, and Oxygen and set our websites to be easy to understand and make simple changes even if you don’t know how to code.

With our variety of maintenance and development plans, you won’t need to make changes yourself, but you’ll be able to if need be. (Admin access is restricted on websites that have a balance on their contract.)

Most of this will be handled during onboarding in greater detail, but a few things we typically need are logos, color pallets or color choices, fonts, inspiration pieces, and necessary photos. During onboarding we walk you through all of these things, aid you in selecting the images and helping identify color pallets and aid you in collecting files in any way possible. We can even suggest fonts to compliment the design.
